Development History

1993

In 1993，five graduates from Lanzhou University, with great enthusiasm, founded LONGi's predecessor, Fushun Magnetoelectric Industrial Company.

1994

1994, the self-developed rare earth permanent magnet iron remover has passed the appraisal of new technology achievements by the Ministry of Coal.

1997

1997, the first new type of rare earth permanent magnet iron remover in China has been awarded the national patent certificate, patent number ZL97233990.6.

2000

2000, developed a large-scale super-strong magnetic and electromagnetic iron remover; Obtained the first in the industry to pass the ISO9001 quality system certification.

2003

2003, the newly expanded factory area is 9,000 square meters, and it has won the title of "A-level Enterprise" for tax payment and "Contract-honoring and Credit-Reliable Unit", and has become the vice-chairman unit of the Washing and Selection Branch of China Heavy Machinery Association.

2008

2008, officially approved to become the only magnetic separation engineering technology research center in the industry designated by China Machinery Industry Federation. And won the "National High-tech Enterprise".

2012

2012, during the 20th anniversary of LONGi's establishment, there are more than 2,000 successful production cases serving customer sites every year.

2016

2016, Won the "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise".

2018

2018, Jointly established the "Industry-University-Research Joint Practice Base" with the School of Resources and Civil Engineering of Northeastern University.
