Part One- Debut at the Exhibition

1. LPPC Fluorescence Intelligent Sorting Machine

The LPPC adopts X‑ray intelligent recognition technology to accurately identify internal elemental differences in ores. It is suitable for pre‑sorting and waste rejection of large‑size ores. Featuring high processing capacity and high sorting accuracy, the machine effectively reduces the grinding and beneficiation load in downstream processes, realizing early waste rejection, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.


2. LPNC Imaging Intelligent Sorting Machine

Based on X‑ray recognition, the LPNC integrates high‑definition image recognition and deep learning algorithms to achieve precise sorting of complex minerals. It applies to pre‑sorting and waste rejection of medium and fine particle ores, and can be flexibly combined with LPPC to cover sorting requirements across different particle sizes.


3. Dual‑machine combination: full particle size coverage

The combined processing flow of LPPC and LPNC enables effective sorting for ores ranging from 15 mm to 150 mm across the full particle size range.By operating in tandem and giving full play to their respective technical advantages, the two models make low‑grade oxidized lead‑zinc ores — once uneconomical to exploit — commercially viable again, achieving a significant improvement in resource utilization rate.

4. All-dry Processing Technology, Eco-friendly & Green

The entire process adopts full dry sorting and waste rejection technology. It requires no water throughout operation, completely eliminating the reliance on water resources in traditional wet beneficiation. It also removes the environmental pressure and safety risks caused by tailings pond construction and maintenance. This technical solution is especially suitable for mines in water-scarce areas and projects under strict environmental protection regulations.


5. In-depth Integration of Intelligent Technologies

The equipment integrates cutting-edge technologies such as multi-dimensional detection and analysis, big data image synthesis algorithms, and machine learning. With continuous self-learning and model iteration, its recognition accuracy remains steadily above 98%. The whole processing line is equipped with an intelligent operation & maintenance system, enabling self-diagnosis of equipment status, automatic adjustment of process parameters, and active fault early warning push.


Part Two- Application Data Verification

Lead-Zinc Ore ProcessingTaking a large-scale oxidized lead-zinc mine as a practical application case: after adopting the combined sorting of LPPC and LPNC, the comprehensive concentrate gradehas been increased to over 15%, while the tailings grade is controlled below 2%.
