Focusing on the core requirement of raw material purity in the smelting process, the production line innovatively adopts an integrated technology of “dry pre-separation + multi-stage precise sorting”. Through the stepped collaborative operation of magnetic separators, drum screens, eddy current separators and X-ray metal sorters, it systematically realizes the full-dimensional and efficient separation of ferromagnetic substances, large non-metallic impurities, non-ferrous metal impurities and fine non-metallic particles from recycled aluminium scrap.
