Randomly divided into eight teams, all 150 participants started from scratch to co-create unique drumming rhythms and synchronized movements.
From initial awkwardness to polished precision, from chaos to harmony, each team had to forge seamless coordination under tight deadlines. The atmosphere was electric as squads took turns showcasing their distinctive beats and creative choreography—some powerful and majestic, others playful and energetic—fully unleashing the marketing team’s exceptional creativity and collaborative spirit.
The afternoon session shifted focus to professional capability enhancement, with Sales Director Xu Jialin serving as the in-house trainer to deliver highly practical, business-oriented content.
The training zeroed in on the pain points and challenges faced by the marketing team in daily client service. Through case studies and strategic breakdowns, it provided clear solutions and actionable improvement methodologies.
A live testing segment was specially incorporated, featuring scenarios meticulously designed around real-world work situations. Participants honed their service skills through hands-on application, ensuring not only thorough knowledge absorption but also proficient execution in actual operations.
