LONGi's R&D Laboratory

The R&D Laboratory of Shenyang Longi Magnet (officially the National Key Laboratory for Magnetic 

Separation Engineering) focuses on process research, product development, and innovation validation.

Scale & Background: Founded in 2011, it covers 10,000 m² with an investment of 80 million RMB, 

one of the largest R&D bases in the magnetic separation equipment industry.

Core Functions: Conducts dry/wet separation, gravity separation, and flotation tests to develop new 

products and optimize existing processes.

Equipment: Equipped with 300+ units across 40 categories, including magnetic field analyzers, 

pilot separation rigs, and automated test systems.

R&D Focus: Magnetic separation, intelligent sorting, and electromagnetic application technologies, 

supporting 500+ national patents.
