Novokuznetsk, Russia – The Novokuznetsk International Mining Exhibition, a key industry gathering for Russia’s coal, ferrous and non-ferrous mineral sectors, recently opened its doors. LONGi Magnet Co., Ltd. (Shenyang LONGi Electromagnetic Technology), a global leader with 33 years of expertise in magnetic separation solutions, set up a full-featured booth to display its complete portfolio of mineral processing magnetic equipment to local mining operators, contractors and industry partners.

At LONGi Magnet’s eye-catching red-and-white stand, a comprehensive range of flagship products was presented via detailed Russian-language display panels, covering dry drum magnetic separators, wet high-intensity magnetic separators, electromagnetic mineral sorting machines, density analyzers and customized magnetic processing systems. Real-site application photos from global mining projects were also exhibited, demonstrating the stable performance of LONGi’s machinery in coal washing, iron ore upgrading, mineral impurity removal and metal recycling scenarios. The booth was fully equipped with consultation desks and meeting areas, enabling LONGi’s technical and sales team to conduct one-on-one technical exchanges with Russian mining visitors, addressing local challenges such as high humidity raw ore treatment, energy consumption reduction and mine waste resource utilization.

This year’s Novokuznetsk mining expo gathered top enterprises across the whole mineral processing industry chain. Well-known international magnetic separation peers including Eriez Magnetics also brought their latest magnetic equipment and processing schemes to the event. The concurrent presence of LONGi Magnet, Eriez and other global suppliers turned the exhibition into a valuable platform for cross-brand technical comparison, market information sharing and cooperation negotiation. Industry attendees had the chance to evaluate diverse magnetic separation technologies side by side, accelerating technology upgrading within Russia’s domestic mining industry.
With decades of market layout in Russia and CIS countries, LONGi Magnet has accumulated abundant localized project references, and its equipment is widely deployed in major coal mines and ore concentrators across Siberia and the Kuzbass mining basin. During the exhibition, many local mining enterprise representatives showed strong interest in LONGi’s energy-efficient magnetic separators, and reached preliminary intentions for site surveys and equipment procurement.
