1. Tiered Protective Packaging

• Small spare parts (oil pumps, electrical cabinets): Fumigation-free plywood crates complying with ISPM 15 standard, with shockproof cushion, desiccants and top waterproof tarpaulins. All crates printed with LONGI logo and international shipping marks.

• Medium integrated units: Fully sealed thick steel boxes with anti-rust coating, lifting lugs and locking latches for repeated transit.

• Large magnetic separators & lifting electromagnets: Welded heavy steel load-bearing base + full coverage heavy-duty blue waterproof PVC tarpaulins. Extra steel outer frame for oversize machines to avoid collision damage during hoisting and shipment.

2. Standard Multi-Layer Lashing & Securing

All cargo is fastened by high-tensile orange polyester ratchet straps crosswise. Extra galvanized steel wire ropes are applied for super heavy equipment, with wooden chocks to prevent shifting during long land & sea transportation.

3. Full-Channel Logistics Solutions

• a),Domestic delivery: Heavy flatbed trucks with real-time GPS tracking for factory-to-site full truck shipment. Route pre-planning for oversize cargo to avoid height & weight limits.

4. Full-Scope Shipment Supervision & Supporting Service
