Starting in Jiangsu, our team of technical experts and senior engineers provides all-round support including equipment diagnosis, process improvement and predictive maintenance, in implementation of our proactive service strategy.
Three sites, one commitment
Sticking to our philosophy of securing value through proactive maintenance, our team achieved remarkable results in Jiangsu. At the local iron ore project, we conducted comprehensive checks and thorough diagnostics on vertical ring high-intensity magnetic separators. Early risk detection and predictive maintenance effectively prevented unplanned production halts and related losses for the client.

At a shipyard in Jiangsu, a lifting electromagnetic magnet that has been in service for 17 years underwent a full-process operating condition assessment. Engineers put forward optimization suggestions tailored to the high-intensity working environment, further strengthening the safety guarantee for equipment operation.

At Jiangsu PV quartz sand site, we carried out combined tests on vertical ring WHIMS and wet belt magnetic separators. Together with the client, we explored production line optimization schemes to safeguard steady equipment operation via pre-emptive services.
