Australia Extension Hill Dry Processing
Project Background:
In 2024, LONGi Magnet entered into a strategic cooperation with a Mining Group of Australia. For its Extension Hill magnetite project in Western Australia, client has innovatively adopted high-efficiency modular dry magnetic separation equipment independently developed by LONGi, helping the project achieve green and efficient ore processing.

Achievements
Adopting advanced dry magnetic separation technology, the whole process requires no water, making it particularly suitable for the local water-scarce environment.
Through dry magnetic separation, low-grade magnetite can be directly upgraded to above 55–56% grade, and on-site discarding of gangue reduces transportation costs.
Featuring a short process flow and low investment, combined with mobile crushing, it enables rapid capital recovery, delivering both high economic benefits and sustainable development value.
