The 15th Mining Science and Technology Conference (2025) convened with great fanfare in Wuhan. Longi Optoelectronics’ LPNC and LPPC sorting systems integrate advanced X-ray transmission (XRT) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technologies. He pointed out that traditional slurry analysis methods suffer from complex procedures, high labor intensity, and delayed data feedback, which severely hinder mining efficiency and accuracy. In response, Longi Intelligent has developed an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) online multi-element slurry analyzer, enabling real-time, automated analysis of multiple element grades in slurry.

The device employs an industry-first solid-state reference non-contact detection technology. By instantly converting slurry into solid reference samples for non-contact measurement, it significantly enhances detection precision and reliability. This breakthrough not only improves production stability and reduces labor costs but also provides critical technical support for the transition toward intelligent and unmanned mining operations.
