On Nov.15th-17th, China Hi-tech Fair-2022 China Environment Expo (Shenzhen) was held grandly at International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, and nearly 800 enterprises gathered together to show the audients the iterative scientific technologies and innovative achievement in the field of environmental protection, and convey the forward force of environmental protection crops.

The automatic separation line process of aluminum scrap gravity separation can effectively separate the ferromagnetic materials, copper, aluminum and magnesium, with good separation effect and stable final product composition, so as to maximize the resource utilization. This process adopts PLC program control, touch screen operation, and the central centralized control room controls the whole system, with a high degree of automation.
The municipal solid waste incineration slag sorting line process adopts an overground tank structure, which reduces the land area and makes the structure more compact. The production water is recycled to eliminate water evaporation and realize the zero discharge. With the new material grading equipment, aluminum particles in smaller size materials can be separated, and aluminum recovery can be increased by 40% - 50%. The production line is highly automated, and the on-site and remote control can be switched freely. Equipment operation can be monitored in real time to achieve equipment fault feedback and automatic shutdown.
The scrap metals tailings sorting line process can effectively recover the iron block, iron power, copper, aluminum and stainless steel and other metals left in the scrap tailings, with excellent recovery effect. The dedusting system ensures that the dust volume in the workshop meets the concentration requirement. The whole line is controlled by PLC, which has a high degree of automation and reduces the labor cost.
